Dicot.  Flowers regular, as in Buttercups, or irregular, as in Larkspur.  All flower parts are separate.  3 or more sepals, often petal-like.  Petals none to many.  Stamens many.  Pistils 3 to many.  Leaves alternate, simple to compound, often deeply divided or with many leaflets.
